Every Breakthrough Day follows a structured, intentional flow. Each phase has a purpose, and nothing is rushed. You are held every step of the way.
We begin by creating a sacred, private space for the work. A short grounding ritual — meditation, breath, intention — settles you into the present and signals to your subconscious mind that it is safe to begin.
We establish the foundational framework for the day — what it means to live at cause rather than at effect, how your subconscious mind works, and why lasting change is absolutely possible for you. We also discover what is most important to you in your life, right now.
Through carefully guided questions, we explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and events that have shaped your experience. You do not need to analyse or “figure it out” — you simply trust what surfaces. This is where we uncover the root cause of what we will release.
Using the Flip the Script technique (Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) timeline work), we travel back above your timeline to release core negative emotions: anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, and shame. We then dissolve limiting decisions and integrate any conflicting internal parts — all while you remain fully awake and in partnership with the process.
We test thoroughly to confirm that the emotional charge is truly gone. Additional tools — EFT tapping, anchoring, belief change — are used to reinforce the shift. Your values are re-elicited so you can witness the change clearly.
From a place of emotional freedom, we plant your goals into your future timeline using a vivid, embodied process — one year, five years, ten years out. You leave knowing exactly where you are headed and what your next aligned actions are.

On May 15, 2026, the Supreme Court of Canada created a new tort of intimate partner violence centred on patterns of coercive control — not just isolated incidents (Ahluwalia v. Ahluwalia, 2026 SCC 16). To establish liability, a plaintiff must demonstrate: (1) the abusive conduct arose in an intimate partnership or its aftermath; (2) that the conduct was intentional; and (3) the conduct, on an objective measure, constitutes coercive control. The Breakthrough Day directly supports a plaintiff’s capacity to articulate each of these elements with clarity and composure.
